We aim the supervision of subcontractor files in accordance with the scope of Code of Social Insurances and General Health Insurance(Law no:5510), Labour Code(Law no:4857), Code of Occupational Health and Safety(Law no:6331), Turkish Commercial Code(Law no:6102) and Turkish Code of Obligations(Law no:6098) for the files of primary and sub-employer that creates a workplace file by means of creating a file under the file of primary employer and/or creating a seperate file due to an undertaken work.
